Hip-Hop producer AmpLive has put together a superb 8-track remix/tribute project to Radiohead‘s In Rainbows album. After some legal/copyright disputes, his pleas over YouTube to release the album on the web for free were finally acknowledged. It’s well worth the listen.

hmm, can i link to your blog from mine?
& that’s an interesting question. it’s such the norm to do remixes or mash-ups these days. but i wouldn’t say that things aren’t being newly created – remixing is rather like storytelling, a reinterpretation of a theme according to what you enjoy or want to emphasize. it’s a natural progression of globalization.
